To celebrate our new location this year we will be hosting a very exciting new contest where you can win FREE PIZZA FOR A YEAR! We’ve teamed up with Pizza Bib to create a NYS fair exclusive box - only available during the 13 day run of the NYS Fair.

1. Take a photo with our exclusive NYS Fair box at the fair!

2. Tag us on social media @tossnfirepizza - make sure your profile is set to public or we won’t see it!

4. Get creative! Share your most fun and exciting photos with our fair exclusive box for the best chance to win!

T&F will pick our favorite photo and announce the winner on Friday, September 6th on social media. The winner will receive one free pizza a week for 52 weeks from a Toss & Fire location of their choosing beginning on Sunday, September 8th. Our 2nd - 10th favorite photos will all receive Toss & Fire e-gift cards to be used at any location!

Official Contest Rules for Toss & Fire’s “Free Pizza for a Year” NYS Fair Contest

By participating in the Toss & Fire “Free Pizza for a Year” NYS Fair Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Toss & Fire, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

1. Eligibility:

   - The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

   - Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Toss & Fire and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and those living in the same household, are not eligible to win prizes.

2. Contest Period:

   - The contest begins at 10:00 AM EST on August 21, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on September 2, 2024 (the “Contest Period”).

   - All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on September 2, 2024, to be eligible.

3. How to Enter:

   - Take a photo with our exclusive NYS Fair box during the 13-day run of the NYS Fair.

   - Post the photo on social media and tag @tossnfirepizza.

   - Use the hashtags tossnfirepizza, pizzabib, tossnfair, and nysfair in your post.

   - Ensure your social media profile is set to public during the Contest Period so that your entry is visible to Toss & Fire.

4. Entry Limitations:

   - Each entrant may submit multiple entries, but each entry must be a unique photo.

   - Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.

5. Selection of Winners:

   - The winners will be selected by Toss & Fire based on creativity, originality, and overall appeal of the photos.

   - One Grand Prize winner and nine runners-up will be selected.

   - The winners will be announced on Toss & Fire’s social media accounts on Friday, September 6, 2024.

6. Prizes:

**Grand Prize:** One winner will receive free pizza for a year, defined as one free pizza per week for 52 weeks from a Toss & Fire location of their choosing, starting from Sunday, September 8, 2024.

**Runner-Up Prizes:** The next nine best photos will each receive a $20 Toss & Fire e-gift card, redeemable at any Toss & Fire location.

7. Prize Conditions:

   - Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Toss & Fire’s sole discretion.

   - Toss & Fire reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

   - Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

8. Publicity:

   - By entering the contest, entrants grant Toss & Fire the right to use their name, likeness, and entry (photo) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions:

   - Toss & Fire reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Toss & Fire’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Toss & Fire in its sole discretion.

   - Toss & Fire reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

10. Limitation of Liability:

   - By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Toss & Fire, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.

11. Disputes:

   - Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Onondaga County, New York.

12. Privacy:

   - Information collected from entrants is subject to Toss & Fire’s privacy policy, which can be found on our website.
